Letter F

Forgive

hey you
look at me when I talk to you
you think you don't deserve it
I'm doing this for me
not you
I forgive you your
anger
weakness
hatred
self loathing
low self esteem
selfishness
negativity
laziness
why
why do I forgive you
all these things
you slipped up
let me see you
really see you
no more hiding
my reflection
stares back at me
tears in the eyes
slight smile on the lips

  5. I have to echo Kelley's comment. At first I believed "you" were talking to someone who had caused you pain. The mirror at the end was unexpected. Good job!

(Thanks for visiting my blog earlier today. Good luck during A - Z!)
