No Wordzzzzz or Insecure Writers today


Happy Independence Day!!

Also I got another award for my blog thank you Carolyn but once again I am not participating in the Q and A portion nor the passing along of the award, sorry.


I am not doing my Wordzzzzz On Wednesday nor the Insecure Writers today. I am contemplating again the direction of this blog as I find it hard to motivate myself lately. So until further notice, I am not sure when I will be posting again.

    I'm with you on the blog award thing. I think they're well-meant but silly, and the Q&A are too personal. As to your lack of motivation, I also understand. I started a blog about 2 yrs ago and wrote about writing. I hated it. I never posted. Then 3 months ago, I started a blog about where I live -- Egypt -- because it's something that's particular to me, and I won't be just repeating the writerly stuff on most other blogs.

    Perhaps if you find something you really love and want to write about, you'll find you have more motivation to write.
